Terms and Conditions of Camilla.Bedra Online Store

§1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Camilla.Bedra online store operated by Kamila Rykowska, trading as DESIGNI, with its registered office at ul. - The Store operates in accordance with Polish and European Union law, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both consumers and businesses using the Store, unless specific provisions state otherwise.
- By placing an order or registering an account, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
- Store – The online platform operated at [insert website] for selling hand-painted artwork.
- Customer – Any person or entity using the Store to purchase goods.
- Consumer – A natural person entering into a contract with the Store not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Product – A hand-painted artwork available in the Store for sale.
- Order – A purchase request for Products submitted via the Store.
- Delivery Partner – A courier service provider delivering Products to the Customer.
- Business Day – Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Poland.
§3. Products and Orders
- The Store offers hand-painted artworks, each described in detail on the Store’s website.
- The Store reserves the right to modify the Product range and pricing. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
- To place an order, the Customer must:
a. Select the Product(s),
b. Add the Product(s) to the cart,
c. Provide required personal data for delivery,
d. Confirm the order and complete payment. - A contract between the Store and the Customer is concluded upon the Store confirming the order via email.
§4. Payments and Prices
- Prices in the Store are displayed in [currency] and include applicable taxes.
- Accepted payment methods include:
a. Bank transfer,
b. Online payment platforms,
c. [Any other methods, e.g., card payments]. - Payment must be completed within [number] days of placing the order. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in order cancellation.
§5. Delivery
- Products are delivered within the European Union. Delivery outside the EU may be arranged individually.
- Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise during the ordering process.
- Delivery times are estimated and depend on the Delivery Partner. Delays beyond the Store's control do not constitute grounds for claims against the Store.
- Upon receiving the package, the Customer should verify its contents and report any damage to the courier immediately.
§6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without providing any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Store via email (camilla.bedra@gmail.com) of their decision.
- The Consumer must return the Product in its original condition within 14 days of withdrawal at their own cost.
- The Store will refund payments (including initial delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made Products or Products tailored to the Customer's specifications.
§7. Complaints and Returns
- The Store is liable for defects in Products under applicable consumer protection laws.
- Complaints may be submitted via email (camilla.bedra@gmail.com) and must include:
a. Customer’s details,
b. Proof of purchase,
c. Description of the defect. - The Store will process complaints within 14 days and notify the Customer of the outcome.
§8. Personal Data Protection
- The Store processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Polish data protection regulations.

§9. Final Provisions
- The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for legal, technical, or organizational reasons. Changes will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the amendments.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, through competent Polish courts.
