Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the total value of the purchased products.

Order Processing Time

• Ready paintings: Shipping of ready-made paintings takes approximately 4–7 business days from the moment the order is placed.
• Custom paintings: The processing time for custom-made paintings based on the customer’s specifications can take approximately three weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of materials.

Handover to the Courier

Once your order is prepared, the package will be handed over to the courier right away.

Delivery Time

• Within the European Union: The delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.
• International shipping: For countries outside the European Union, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure the safety of the artwork during transport. We use professional protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, reinforced cardboard, custom-sized packaging) to prevent any damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your package. If you experience any issues with delivery, our team is ready to assist and work closely with the courier service.

Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. With this information, we will quickly address the issue, including arranging an exchange for a new print (in case of damage to the print). For paintings that have been damaged during transit, we offer assistance with claims against the courier company.
